Tawi – Vacuum Lifter – Lifting tubes and reels

With the VacuEasylift tube lifter different types of reels can be handled in an ergonomic way. Reels and long heavy textile rolls, paper rolls and metal tubes are some examples.
A reel of textile can be very heavy and take up time for at least two employees with every lift. A vacuum lifter in the tapestry/textile plant makes this an easy, safe and ergonomic job. The suction cup can to some extent be bent to fit perfectly on the top of the roll. A very long roll is often balanced with a twin suction foot instead of a single suction cup, which is a typical installation for roll handling where the suction cup is attached to the top of the roll.
